DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes!
However, International shipping can take up to 1-5 weeks in some countries. Usually, the transit time is around 2-6 weeks, however, ultimately it is all dependent on the shipping carrier and how busy they are. If you have any questions about your international package, please send an email to hello@amyjudithrose.com if you are still waiting after 8 weeks.

WHERE’S MY ORDER?
If you purchased an item on pre order please note it will take 1-3 months depending on what item it is and what the process is. You will be given a estimated shipping date at check out.
For regular (non preorder) items:
Allow me 1-3 business days to ship your order.
WHO’S DELIVERING MY ORDER?
We ship all packages either USPS or UPS depending on what you’re ordering. Most orders are shipped via USPS (postal service).
You will receive a tracking number via email once it is available.
Occasionally USPS or UPS can have delays in delivery. I'm not NOT responsible for any delays on USPS OR UPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS or UPS directly.
What if my package was returned?
If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, unable to forward, or a no such number reason and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you realize you input the wrong address at checkout PLEASE email me within 24 hours of purchasing with your order number and the correct address at hello@amyjudithrose.com
